    Modular Cleanrooms in Tampa, FL

A modular cleanroom gives you a filtered, pressurized space for sensitive work inside the building you already lease, without a construction project shutting down the line.

Most of our cleanroom conversations come from light manufacturers and electronics and defense contractors in Clearwater, Largo and Oldsmar, plus food and beverage operations that need a controlled packaging room.

    Inside a Panel Cleanroom

The walls and ceiling are non-shedding panels with flush faces, sealed joints and coved corners. Fan filter units in the ceiling grid push HEPA-filtered air down through the room and out through low returns, keeping the space at positive pressure so outside air stays out.

We start with the classification your process requires. Most industrial rooms fall between ISO 8 and ISO 5, and the class sets how many filter units you need and how many air changes per hour the room has to hold.

Humidity is the Tampa Bay wrinkle. Electronics and many packaging processes do not tolerate moisture, and the air in a coastal Florida building carries a lot of it. Dehumidification goes into the HVAC plan on the first drawing, not after the first failed test.

Pinellas County is largely built out, so manufacturers there seldom have the option of a new building. A panel cleanroom goes into an existing flex or light-industrial space, works around what is there, and can be enlarged or reclassified when a second line arrives. Tenants in Pinellas Park and St. Petersburg lean on that flexibility.

Certification is done by an independent testing firm. We plan the build so the room is finished and ready for that testing on a known date.
