Question 1

What happens after I send the form?

Accepted Answer

A member of our team reviews what you sent and contacts you to talk through the room, the space and the timing. From there we schedule a free consultation, by phone or at your warehouse, and prepare a layout drawing and itemized quote.

Question 2

Do you visit the building to measure?

Accepted Answer

We can. A warehouse consultation lets us check clear height, obstructions, traffic and power in person. Many projects also start by phone with photos and a rough sketch, which is often enough for the first drawing.

Question 3

What should we have ready before installation day?

Accepted Answer

A clear, swept area where the office will stand, forklift access and a nearby power source for the final hookup. We send a short checklist ahead of time so nothing holds up the crew when they arrive.

Question 4

Who will we deal with during the project?

Accepted Answer

One project manager stays with you from the first drawing through the final walk-through. That person coordinates delivery and the installation crews we schedule and manage, and remains your contact afterward if you want to add a door or move a wall.
